CD Laboratory for Gene Therapeutic Vector Development

Melanoma and glioblastoma are difficult to cure or even incurable with modern medicine. In both cases, traditional methods of oncology, surgical tumour removal, radiation and chemotherapy are reaching their limits. With its research the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Innovative Immunotherapy, established in 2011, will lay the foundation for advancing antibody therapy for melanoma and glioblastoma in humans.

The CD Laboratory for Gene Therapeutic Vector Development was closed on 31st December 2013.
