Concert of the VetmedChoir

2nd June 2015

Assembly Hall in the Banquet Hall Building at the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna

Compared to the history of the University the choir is still quite young. The "Vet.Med.Chor", the official choir of the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, was founded in 1988 by Martin Lindenthal. The enthusiastic singers have a variety of professions and pursue various lines of study.

The repertoire of the choir includes selected works of the Renaissance and the Baroque periods, classical and romantic choir literature, contemporary modern compositions, as well as sophisticated pop, soul and jazz arrangements. On the occasion of the anniversary the Vet.Med.Choir will hold an anniversary concert in the main assembly hall of the ceremonial hall building.
