Vetmeduni Vienna does not charge value added tax. Vetmeduni Vienna will not accept bank charges. Bank charges are at the sender's expense. All unpaid bank charges will be charged upon arrival.

  • 72 h ticket for public transportation

  • Two days excursion program incl. entrance fees, coffee brakes and lunch

Terms of Payment

Registration is only valid upon receipt of the payment.

The payment will be in Euro currency. It can be made by credit card online or by bank transfer (see below).

PAYMENT TO BE SETTLED WITHIN THE END OF THE PROPER DEADLINE (please check registration categories and relevant deadlines in the table above).

2. Payment by invoice

After the submission of your registration you will receive the invoice by mail first. On this invoice you will find all the information required to carry out the transfer. 

Cancellation and refund policy for registrations

A cancellation of the registration can only be made in written form to the organizing team. E-Mail to the organizing team.

  • Cancellation received before June, 30th 2021: 70% refund.
  • Cancellation received after June, 30th 2021 or no notice: no refund.

No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early termination of attendance. In case of regular registration and missed participation, the Organizing Secretariat will send the conference abstract book upon request of the registered participant. The forwarding of the abstract book will invalidate each claim for reimbursement.

Refunds will only be made after the event!
