Oral Presentation Instructions

We are pleased that you have agreed to present your abstract orally as part of the Conferences. We have a full agenda and up to four concurrent sessions. Your presentation is scheduled to be completed within a 15 minute time slot (including 3 minute discussion). Your efforts to stay within your scheduled presentation time will be appreciated and allow meeting attendees to move between sessions.
Each session room will have a computer and an LCD projector. Please have your PowerPoint presentation as a .pptx file, preferably in 16:9 format, on a memory stick that can be uploaded onto the session computer in the ‘Speakers Office’ (building CA) at least 2 hours before the session starts.

Poster Presentation Instructions

Poster presentations provide a highly interactive forum for authors to discuss their abstracts with meeting attendees. Posters will be presented throughout the conference. No dedicated poster sessions are scheduled, but we appreciate the presence of the authors during breaks.

Poster Dimensions and Mounting

Posters should be DIN A0 (118.9 cm tall and 84.1 cm wide) in a vertical poster layout. Material for attaching the posters will be provided.

Poster presenters for ECPLF are to set up their posters for viewing before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 30 and left up at least through the ‘Closing Ceremony’ on Wednesday, August 31.
