Mouse models fail to model human organisms

Only few studies including animal experiments lead to new therapies in the end. Especially in the context of inflammations the test results obviously can't be transferred well to human organisms. A group of medical doctors around Shaw Warren from the Harvard medical School found out that all of the almost 150 studies on drugs against inflammations in severely ill patients that have been conducted so far failed. Warren therefore claims to use human tissue for experiments.
