Birgit Bromberger studied Food Technology (BSc) at the University of Applied Sciences, Weihenstephan and received her Master’s degree at the University of Natural Resources and Life Science, Vienna in Food Technology with a focus on food microbiology.
In 2015, she became a technical assistant at the Unit of Food Microbiology at the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna. Her research focus is working with VBNC, ionic liquids and method validation.
