AMICI Symposium

AMICI (Austrian Microbiome Initiative) is an interdisciplinary network to support Austria's national microbiome research and education (www.microbiome.at).The AMICI committee, which includes representative researchers who conduct microbiome research at Austrian universities, organizes the AMICI symposium on a 2-years frequency.
This year, the symposium is organized by Ass. Prof. Evelyne Selberherr and will take place on 13th June, 2022 in the banquet hall of the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna (Start: 10am).
The symposium will be structured in 4 sessions (mucosal immunity and gut barrier microbiome research, animal microbiome research, environmental microbiome research and food systems- microbe interactions).

Participation at the conference is free, but registration is compulsory. Registration is open until May 31st, 2022.
Abstract submission is open until April 30th, 2022.
The final program will be announced at the first week of May.
