In the archaeozoology research area, the remains of different animal species found in various excavation sites worldwide are classified and attempts are made to understand not only their morphology but also their significance for that time, as well as their role in the human-animal relationship. Our Institute houses a comprehensive collection of bones, which are available as a reference for comparison with bone discoveries.
