Monthly SFB meetings

Monthly SFB meetings will serve as a platform for PhD students and postdocs to showcase their research progress. These gatherings offer an invaluable opportunity for early-stage researchers to present their work and receive constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Journal clubs and seminars

Every member of the SFB will engage in weekly journal clubs and benefit from the weekly seminar series at the Vienna Graduate School of Population Genetics and at ISTA (special seminar series "EvolLunch"). Both platforms offer opportunities for one-on-one interactions with internationally renowned researchers.

Conferences

Early-stage researchers will be encouraged to present their results at national and international conferences and workshops, providing them with the valuable opportunity to connect with peers and establish networks with more experienced researchers.
