I am a PhD student in Epidemiology and Biostatistics with a background in psychology and Prae-doc researcher (supervision: Prof. Dr. Sonja Hartnack). My work focuses on workplace stress, care-related professions, and the emotional and ethical challenges faced by people working closely with animals and health systems. I study compassion, empathy, and moral decision-making under stress, aiming to better understand how professional perceptions influence wellbeing, ethical practice, and sustainable care environments
