I joined the Vetmeduni in October 2025 as part of the "Zoonoses & Climate" project, where I investigate how climate change affects health outcomes and work to prioritize climate-sensitive zoonoses in Austria through a transdisciplinary approach. My doctoral thesis at the University of Bonn (Germany) examined the implementation of holistic health approaches in Ghana. I hold a joint Master's in Agribusiness and Rural Development Economics from the University of Göttingen (Germany) and University of Talca (Chile), and a Bachelor's in International Business from the University of Guadalajara (Mexico). My research interests lie at the intersection of social sciences, political science, resource economics, environmental conservation, and health.
