Instructions for Presentations

Instructions for oral presentations:

For each presentation 30 minutes are scheduled including 2 minutes to change the rooms at the end of each presentation. Your talk should be no longer than 20 minutes and 8-10 minutes of discussion. After 28 minutes the chair will allow the audience to change between rooms.

Each parallel session will be chaired by a person who will introduce the speaker(s), chair the discussion and take care of the time. 

Presentations must be stored on a USB key and can be transferred to an available laptop. For technical reasons, it is NOT permitted to connect your own laptop to the presenter.

Presentations must be saved in pptx format (power point standard format) and NOT in ppt format. An audio system and a laser pointer will in place for you.

Please upload your presentation 15 minutes before the parallel session starts on the provided laptop.
