Registration

For registration please send an e-mail to Jörg Aurich (joerg.aurich@vetmeduni.ac.at). You will receive a confirmation of your registration and information on payment within a few days. The number of workshop participants is restricted to a maximum of 70 delegates and registrations are handled on a first come - first serve basis.

Registration fees
Full fee            400,- €
Reduced fee   250,- € (doctoral students without a fully paid position)

The registration fee includes the Conference Dinner on 12 Sept., coffee breaks and lunch and the Stud Farm Tour on 14 Sept.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be sent as a word file to Jörg Aurich (joerg.aurich@vetmeduni.ac.at). They should not exceed 500 words, including title, author names and affiliations and acknowledgements. Deadline for receipt of abstracts is 31 May 2026.

Most abstracts will be presented as posters but a few abstracts will be selected as 10-min oral communications.
