I am an agricultural and food economist conducting inter- and transdisciplinary research on the sustainable transformation of agricultural and food systems. My research topics range from the drivers and barriers to achieving more sustainable, healthier diets, through issues of food safety and security, to economic analyses of farm-level decision-making in agriculture and the resilience of food value chains to shocks.
