Workstations for image processing and analysis

We currently provide 4 workstations for various imaging-related applications including image processing, 3D visualization and analysis, and deconvolution of epifluorescence and confocal images. The workstations are located in our microscopy room and like the imaging equipment they can be booked via an online calendar. Workstations meet hardware requirements of computationally intensive applications such as 3D rendering or deconvolution.
