Generative AI (genAI) offers plenty of opportunities to use genAI applications and tools in learning and teaching. This changes learning, studying and teaching practices. Yet, it is not foreseeable what of these new practices will prevail and be of lasting value.

Die Empfehlungen zur Nutzung von generativer KI (GenAI) in Studium und Lehre an der Vetmeduni (Recommendation for the use of generative AI(GenAI) in learning and teaching at the Vetmeduni (translation of the recommendation to follow)) aim at providing orientation and a framework to develop the practice of using GenAI at the Vetmeduni. They will be updated as needs arise.

To develop such practices the feedback from and discussion with students and teaching staff are paramount. We therefore ask you to send propositions how GenAI can be used as well as examples of successful use as well as limitations of use to ki-info@vetmeduni.ac.at. Many thanks!
