Open Access Fund

The Vetmeduni Open Access Fund has been established to cover the costs of article processing charges for articles published in Gold Open Access journals.

Applications for funding must be submitted via VetDoc upon the articles acceptance for publication and availability of an invoice. Please do not pay the invoice yourself, but provide it with your application. A refund is not possible. The Vetmeduni Open Access Team will check if the article is eligible for funding - criterias see below. If so, the article fees will be paid directly from the fund.

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Funds are limited, and once all funds have been allocated, no further requests are possible until the beginning of the next calendar year.
