Alumni Portrait with Isabella Mayer – From Basic Research to Oncology

Isabella Mayer now brings her scientific expertise to oncology as a Medical Science Liaison. Her work is driven not only by scientific curiosity and a passion for lifelong learning, but also by an understanding of people – and by experiences that, at first glance, may seem far removed from science: working as a waitress, spending a year abroad in Alaska, and training as a forestry technician.
