The Institute for Computational Medicine was founded in 2021 and started its work in the beginning of 2022 with the appointment of Peter M. Roth. The main interests of the institue are, on the one hand, the development of machine learning algorithms from a theoretical point of view, on the other hand, we tackle data science problems in the fields of veterinary medince and different fields of agriculture. This includes the analysis of image data as well as any other kind of data of interest. In this way, the work of the institute is highly interdisciplinary, and we are open to any kind of collaberation.
